INTENT TO COMPETE: Deadline August 2, 2024- All Projects must be paid for and registered in order to compete. Link to submit through OpenWater portal will be emailed out on Monday, August 5, 2024. (NOTE: ABC New Orleans/Bayou will be using the OpenWater online portal this year for project submission).

PROJECT SUBMISSION: Deadline September 6, 2024
